Call for Abstracts - SADC-GMI Special Session
The theme for this year is Integrated Water Resources Development and Management: Innovative Technological Advances for Water Security in Eastern and Southern Africa. The Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry of Namibia is the host institution.
The annual symposia is a platform for water professionals to share advances in research and education related to Integrated Water Resources Management. It is also a place to discuss new opportunities and development towards the integrated management of our scarce fresh water resources.
The SADC-GMI is running is running a special session on Groundwater where presentations will be shared on the subject. The detailed call for abstracts is available here. SADC-GMI is therefore calling for papers to be presented in this special session. Papers in this subtheme should include innovations demonstrated by best practices and experiences in the research, exploration, development, management and effective utilisation of groundwater resources as a vehicle for sustainable social-economic development in the face of climate change and drought.
